Shipping & ReturnsSHIPPING INFO: NOWhere Limited ships most orders via USPS Priority Mail in the United States and USPS Priority Mail International for orders outside the US. This means we can ship to PO Boxes in the USA! Large orders or oversized boxes may be sent via FedEx or other carrier as noted. Important Information for Deliveries Outside the US: The recipient of the delivery is responsible for VAT, customs charges and/or any other fees associated with accepting a delivery of goods from the United States. We will not ship items "Parcel Post" as it does not offer tracking info. We make a special effort to properly pad items with packing materials, such as bubble wrap, to protect against damage that may occur during delivery. (We hate styrofoam peanuts and will attempt to avoid them at all costs!!!) Most large prints are packaged in sturdy 4" diameter mailing tubes. Smaller prints may be shipped flat. The average weight of a print in a tube is 2 LBS. You can calculate the USPS shipping rates: here (the "from" zip code is 80466, and look for the Priority Mail listing) or click the "Estimate Shipping" button once you have added item(s) to your cart. RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NOWhere Limited does not accept returns or issue refunds, credits, or exchanges on non-defective merchandise. If you believe you have received a defective item, please see our Return Guidelines below for more information. RETURN GUIDELINES: The items we sell are art pieces. When an art piece is hand-crafted, hand-painted or produced in a very limited edition, slight variations in texture or color sometimes occur and should not be considered defects. If, however, an item a customer purchased from us arrives to him/her with a significant defect**, such as missing or broken parts, NOWhere Limited will make arrangements on a case-by-case basis for reimbursement/exchange/store credit/no action at our sole discretion. Please note that due to the limited edition nature of our inventory, we may be unable to replace your item. If you feel you received an item with a significant defect, please contact us at: nowhere AT nowherelimited.com within 7 days from the date of your item's delivery. In your email, please be as specific as possible in your description of the defect(s) and please include the Order Confirmation Number from your emailed receipt (or Packing Slip Number from your shipped packing slip.) Please note that NOWhere Limited cannot accept your return without: 1.) The original packaging and included accessories if applicable. 2.) An acknowledgment, issued by NOWhere Limited upon reviewing your return request made via email. If your return does not meet the above 2 requirements, you will have your defective item(s) returned to you and/or be charged a re-stocking fee at NOWhere Limited's discretion. **NOWhere Limited reserves the right to determine what is a "significant defect." Merchandise damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be considered defective. That said, please rest assured we'll do our best to correct any of the above situations in a fair and timely manner.  |
