NOWhere Limited’s All Roads Project is a new experiment in alternative exhibition space. Conceived with a “waste not want not” mentality, artists Elisha Sarti and Scott Lickstein, co-founders of NOWhere Limited, converted their SUV into Chelsea, NYC’s smallest art space. The unique 20 square foot display area featured a solo show of original pipe cleaner sculptures by Don Porcella as the inaugural exhibit.
“Almost exactly one year ago, we moved to New York City and made a habit of attending the weekly Thursday night openings in the Chelsea art district. This behavior led to a strong desire to include our sensibilities into the mix. Week after week, we’d park in the neighborhood until it dawned on us that we already had a space – albeit very small – in which to showcase the art that we care about most. In the coming weeks we will be holding one night solo exhibits in our bright red Jeep featuring work from artists in New York City and beyond.” – Scott Lickstein & Elisha Sarti
